2.   Scope of application

Applicable medium range: gasoline, kerosene, naphtha, diesel oil, crude oil, oil, asphalt, chemical raw materials etc.

Using the form: in the relative point and fixed point sampling, in the relative point or fixed point of mixed liquid sample.

Environmental temperature: -15-90 (according to concrete conditions add the heat preservation and heat tracing)

Type of the sampler

 

Selection method:

(一)the sampler under tank sampling the Uniform medium :

1.HCYG-K series For inner floating roof tank, external floating roof tank

2.HCYG-X series Used in vault tank, inner floating roof tank, external floating roof tank;

3.HCYG-H series: for Vault tank without mixing equipment, inner floating roof tank, external floating roof tank

4.HCYG-I seriesspecially used for the short type vault tank without mixing equipment

5.HCYG-G series specially used for the vault tank witht mixing equipment and inner floating roof tank, in the full conditions, sample from the top, upper, middle, lower, bottom, export.

Above these types of the sampler are applicable to uniform liquid sampling, the sampling servo mechanism is arranged according to the principle of GB/T4756-1998 the oil liquid manual sampling:

1)、samples from the upper , samples from the middle and the lower

2)、samples from the upper , samples from the middle, samples from the liquid surface from the outlet

samples from the upper1/6 under the Liquid level

samples from the middle1/2 under the Liquid level

samples from the lower: samples from the liquid surface from the outlet - 5/6 under the Liquid level(the lowest point of oil output pipe )

Can also increase samples from the bottom (From the bottom of the tank 150-300mm), samples from the top (under the liquid level 150-300mm)

 

4.  The principle of operation

The arm support rod bottom of the sampler slipkno on the bearing shaft, floating ball hanging in the top of the pole. Sampling points from the upper and sampling points from the middle , sampling points from the lower according to the following fixed position in the single support bar 5 / 6, 3 / 6, 1 / 6, When the floating ball with the liquid level rise and fall, according to the geometry principle of the triangle geometric similarity, The position of a high on the Sampling points from the upper a, sampling points from the middle , sampling points from the lower relative the position of the floating ball has always been to maintain 5 / 6 and 1 / 2, 1 / 6. And the position of the high of the floating ball always equal to the high level of oil, thus sampler can strictly in accordance with the provisions of the sampling standards automatically obtain samples.

Principle of work and feature

1) Inner components of the sampler is of light weight, which generate  pulling force of less than 20kg.

Horizontal Force of the device is less than 10kg, which avoid overturn caused by traditional articulating boom lift sampler.

2) Supporting rod is ruggedized and bending caused by gravity is avoided, thus sampling point will be more accurate.

3) Three sampling points of the top, the middle and the bottom will rise and fall in accordance with lquid level, which ensures that the proportion of 5/61/21/6 are maintained. Accuracy rating is higher than traditional devices.

4) Diameter of sample tube can be adjusted to DN15,

and all mobiles liquid is applicable.

5) Applicable when sampling height ranges from 2m-4m. Sampling error accords WH/T3414-1999, and is under 5%.

Principle of work and feature

Top inlet, middle inlet and bottom inlet of sampler pipes float up and down in accordance with floating ball or floating plate.

 Proportion of 5/6, 1/2, ad 1/6 will be kept.

And regulation of "artificial sampling of Liquid Petroleum Products" is conformed

and accuracy of sampling ensured.

1) The biggest gravity force of sampler toward floating roof is less than 12k,

which is less than 10% of traditional samplers.

Horizontal Force of the device is less than 0.5kg, which is less than 1% of traditional articulating boom lift sampler. Overturn and knocking off will be avoided.

2) Three sampling points of the top, the middle and the bottom will rise and fall in accordance with liquid level, which ensures that the proportion of 5/61/21/6 are maintained.

Accuracy rating is higher than traditional devices.

3) Occupation of the device is critically small and there is no potential danger to other components in tanks.

Accuracy of the device will not be influenced by other equipment inside oil tank.

4) Simple mechanism, easy installation and maintenance.

 

6. Installation and Notices

   1, Installation Instruction

A, when pneumatic sampling is applied, then a compressed-airline shall be installed near the flange where sampler is to installed. Pressure of compressed air shall greater than 0.3Mpa, and Diameter of the line greater than DN15.

B, when heat tracing is needed, then a steam line of DN15 and drain valve shall be installed as well.
